This matter was resolved to the borrowers satisfaction. There was a misunderstanding of certain fee ares inr egsrds to the closing statement, however the issues was addressed and the borrower is happy.

If you hear this company name, RUN! Run far away!!!

We didn't and what a mess it was. We closed 11/20/2015. We applied for the IRRL refi with the VA program through Clear Path Lending. They are another work of art.

Been trying to get answers since. Still don't know what address to send a check to. Refused payment statements and payment coupons.

Customer Service in Indiana hang up on you, put you on hold for hours, and lie to you when you got documents from your closing in front of you saying different. Can't take it anymore!
