ClearPath Lending in Lincoln, Nebraska - Charged me to much for appraisal

We refunded the client the difference between the disclosed Appraisal fee and the actual fee. The borrower had to have a re-inspection of the home because there were repairs that were needed, which caused the client to pay additional appraisal costs.

They said that my appraisal fee for my cash out loan would be only $350 but they ended up charging me $550. They also never told me that I had to have carbon monoxide detectors in my house so I had to go buy them and have the appraise come back out to the property for a second time.

They also asked for bank statements and other items and it wasn't done all at once. I got s good rate but I wasn't happy with the service.

My loan officer asked me to write them a review and I didn't have to think twice about it. Recently we closed a loan with ClearPath lending and they were able to do it from start to finish in less than 2 weeks.

My wife and I have refinanced in the past several times and neve experienced the speed as we did with ClearPath. They were able to lower our rate to 3.25% and defer 2 payments.

My wife and I have already referred them to our neighbor. It's good to know that there is a va lender you can trust.

I just bought my first house and Clearpath did my loan. They were very fast with the whole process.

My loan officer was so upfront and honest with me, and he broke down every little detail line by line. I felt extremely comfortable with the whole process. I would definitely recommend clearpath to my friends and family members.

The only thing that was a little bit frustrating was all the paperwork that i had to provide. Other than that i was quite satisfied with the process.

This matter was resolved to the borrowers satisfaction. There was a misunderstanding of certain fee ares inr egsrds to the closing statement, however the issues was addressed and the borrower is happy.

If you hear this company name, RUN! Run far away!!!

We didn't and what a mess it was. We closed 11/20/2015. We applied for the IRRL refi with the VA program through Clear Path Lending. They are another work of art.

Been trying to get answers since. Still don't know what address to send a check to. Refused payment statements and payment coupons.

Customer Service in Indiana hang up on you, put you on hold for hours, and lie to you when you got documents from your closing in front of you saying different. Can't take it anymore!
