ClearPath Lending is a Better Business Bureau certified company in Irvine, California, offering home purchasing and refinancing options. ClearPath loans are applicable for condominium, single family houses, multi-dwelling units, and town homes. Online loan application requires borrowers to submit employment information, contact details, financial estimates of income, assets, and liabilities as well as Social Security number to get pre-approved. Loan options vary from 2/1 Buy Down Mortgages, Adjustable Rate Mortgages (ARM), 15- and 30-Year Fixed Rate Mortgages, and more. One tiny little issue was having to mail out the checks from the title company. But- it was not a big deal for us. Just a little hiccup.

The excellent, dedicated, speedy service more than compensated.

Clearpath lending's customer service was top notch! Their communication and responses were very timely and always courteous.

Not once did we have any issues. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking to refi. They were very knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire refi loan process.

the loan officers were very knowledgeable and respectful. i had contacted a different mortgage company and after dealing with them for almost a month, nothing was being accomplished. i contacted Clearpath and explained what was happening, and they moved quickly, within three days i had most of my paperwork completed.

leading his team gave us confidence and assurance in completing the loan process. We were always provided with updated information and all questions were answered promptly. The concerns and worries were not there, because the team provided all the answers to our questions.
