If I was able to give them less than one star I would. This has been the most frustrating and awful experience as a veteran that I have had thus far in refinancing a home.
There was little to no communication from ClearPath after the initial conversation and choice to move forward with them. I would get emails from my loan officer with one set of information and then phone calls from her manager with a different set of information regarding my interest rate and payment and the numbers were vastly different. Their customer service is downright awful and their communication skills needs some serious work. The whole process as the buyer was confusing, frustrating, and stressful.
If I had the opportunity to choose a different mortgage company I would. I have never felt and been treated like more of a number and less of a customer by a company in my life.
As a veteran of the United States Marine Corps I feel taken advantage of by ClearPath. I have little to no faith or confidence in their abilities and I would not and will not recommend ClearPath to anyone I know looking to buy or refinance.
