Helena Chapman called and informed us that our interest rate could go down and save us money. She made the whole process easy, direct and efficient.

We could not have been happier. Helena was there any time we had a question or needed an answer to anything.

It's always nice to know that in this age that you can depend on someone. Thanks to Helena's work habits we would certainly consider using Clearpath in the future.

We were able to close the refinancing in less than 2 months and the original numbers offer to me from the beginning were exactly or close to it all the way to closing.
