I get several re-finance offers every week but most were close to my previous mortgage rate. ClearPath Lending was enough of a difference to make it worthwhile. The entire process was seamless - well explained every step of the way and Chris was available whenever I had a question. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The whole process took about five weeks and is saving us $250/month.
